• TrustScape acts as a facilitator for healthcare services and does not provide direct medical treatment.
• Treatment or surgery will be governed by the policies of the respective clinic or hospital. TrustScape holds no liability for medical procedures, outcomes, or institutional policies.
• Patients should review the hospital or clinic’s guidelines before proceeding with treatment.

Sale of Medical Equipment & Medicines

• TrustScape may facilitate the sale of medical equipment, including but not limited to diabetic kits, traction tools, oxygen cylinders, nebulizers, BP monitors, and mobility aids.
• We act solely as a facilitator and are not responsible for manufacturing defects or product efficacy.
• Returns and warranties are subject to the terms specified by the manufacturer or distributor. Beyond the stated return or warranty period, TrustScape holds no responsibility.
• Medicines, including Ayurvedic, Homeopathic, and Allopathic prescriptions, must be purchased as per the doctor’s recommendations. Deviations are at the buyer’s risk.
• If a doctor offers to provide specific medicines that are not available online, the patient may accept or request an alternative recommendation. This is at the discretion of the patient and the prescribing doctor.
• TrustScape bears no liability for adverse effects resulting from the use of prescribed medicines or supplements.

Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments must be made in advance.
• Refunds will be processed via GPay/UPI or bank transfer and are issued only to the original payer.
• Refund timelines typically range from 7-15 business days post-verification.
• In case of a doctor or service provider’s absence due to emergencies, we will reschedule the appointment/service. If a refund is preferred, it will be processed after confirmation.
• If the customer does not show up for an appointment/service, no refund will be issued. Rescheduling may be offered at TrustScape’s discretion for virtual or clinic visits, provided prior notice of at least 2 hours is given via phone or WhatsApp message. Refund is not applicable for home visits.
• For NEFT refunds, customers must provide accurate bank details. TrustScape is not liable for incorrect details provided by the customer.

Intellectual Property

• All website content, including text, graphics, and layout, is owned by TrustScape or licensed to us. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited under the Copyright Act of India, 1957, and any subsequent amendments.
